This July 21st we will witness a lunation with an extremely dramatic energy and from which we can really expect anything , for several reasons:

This is the second Full Moon in Capricorn this year, which is unusual as we normally only have one.
- It will happen in grade 29 °8' of Capricorn. The 29th degree (called the Anaretic Degree) of each zodiac sign colors the planets that transit through them with an energy of urgency, completion of pending tasks, anxiety and detachment from the past.
- It will be in conjunction with Pluto retrograde in Aquarius.

The Full Moon in Capricorn Previous
We had our first Full Moon in Capricorn on June 22 (you can check out the details here ). During a Full Moon in Capricorn we are always called to reflect on our ambitions, our sense of responsibility and internal authority. The dynamic of taking charge and evaluating continues with this second Full Moon in Capricorn, but unlike the previous one - which although not entirely calm, presented greater stability - this current lunation presents itself with a much more intense and volatile energy.

This Time's Full Moon: At 29° Degree
This Full Moon symbolizes a completely different energy. Although the previous lunation had some instability, this Full Moon at 29° Capricorn pushes us to take responsibility for the necessary and definitive closures in our lives. It invites us to reflect on what we really want to manifest from now on and to identify what is blocking and limiting us, and to truly let it go. This is not an easy energy; it forces us to innovate and get out of our comfort zone, since the Full Moon will be out of bounds, adding a wild and rebellious tone. Needless to say, all these factors - and also those we will see below - tell us of a Moon with which we can feel intense anxiety, fear, a feeling of instability and/or volatile emotions.

Could a message be more literal than this?
Of course, this symbol underlines the deeply collective nature of this lunation. While we can harness this energy on a personal level to make necessary changes, it is on a collective level that we will see dramatic effects. This Sabian symbol clearly anticipates this. We are in a time of extreme transformation on a global level. As we mentioned earlier, this lunation will give us a preview of future events. This Sabian symbol is quite literal in showing us that secret agreements of people in power will come to light. This will cause anxiety, instability and crisis. We have been warned.
This Sabian symbol will then be transited by Pluto, which will return to this degree of the zodiac between September 2 and November 20. Pluto in Capricorn in its negative sense represents tyrannical authorities who cling to power for selfish reasons. Therefore, this Sabian symbol anticipates power dynamics that (although we may have sensed them) will now be fully revealed, causing a significant crisis that will force hierarchies to realign - or perhaps destroy themselves. As a parenthesis of mundane astrology: considering the unstable climate we are living in, it would not be surprising if events such as the elections in the United States were postponed. This astrological climate is extremely volatile and suggests profound changes that will transform our society in a definitive way. This is THE Sabian symbol that anticipates these events.
Conjunction with Pluto in Aquarius
Aquarius is the sign that rules groups, humanitarianism, equality, and community. This conjunction of the Full Moon with Pluto in Aquarius symbolizes closures associated with these issues. For the changes we will see to occur - and which will be definitive - Pluto must retrograde and return to Capricorn to destroy what it must destroy. This process will generate pain and resentment, and there will be those who want to cling to the past. However, resisting it is pointless, and eventually, all those old structures will fall both personally and collectively.
It is important to remember that this is a conjunction with Pluto itself, and no Moon-Pluto conjunction is child's play. We are faced with emotions that we do not want to face; a feeling of lack of control, lack of security, obsessions, compulsions and paranoia appear. This conjunction not only speaks of a purge and closure to the nth degree, but it extrapolates that purge to what Aquarius rules. It is evident that this conjunction not only anticipates the need for changes in society, but also the preparation for a new stage as a species on this planet.
In the few months that Pluto has been in Aquarius since last year and this year, we have already begun to see the dark side of its energy with the handling of information - and therefore of the masses -, artificial intelligence and many other issues that we are all familiar with. However, starting with this Full Moon and especially when Pluto returns to Aquarius in November, these changes will be unleashed in an impressive and transformative way. We will not believe our eyes.
Square Mercury in Leo - Uranus in Taurus
This is the first of three squares that will occur due to Mercury retrograde (August 4-27, from 4° Virgo to 21° Leo). These squares signal peaks of high volatility when it comes to information. The first square, which occurs during this Full Moon, may result in a significant and even shocking disruption, as very shocking information may come to light that challenges our sense of pride (or the sense of pride of power figures).
On a personal level, this square can bring out aspects of ourselves that we would prefer to hide, such as stubbornness or aggressiveness, and challenge what we want to be seen of ourselves and what we communicate about ourselves. We can manifest greater responsibility and commitment to our goals, evaluating our ambitions and the place we occupy in the social sphere.
Given the instability and changes that will occur on a collective level, we will be forced to seek stability on an internal level . This Full Moon prepares us for this, pushing us to confront deep and hidden emotions, and challenging us to let go of what no longer has a place in our path. Also, since this is a Full Moon in Capricorn, it is in opposition to the Sun in Cancer: it forces us to balance both energies. Cancer is associated with the past, family and our roots, while Capricorn is related to our aspirations and goals and taking our place in society.
To combine these energies, we must seek greater openness with our emotions, create internal and emotional security, and live more transparent and healthy bonds. It is essential to cement this part of our life, since we are going to need it. This lunation is an opportunity to transform our life from the root, embracing changes that allow us to grow and evolve. Although it can be a painful process, it is necessary to move towards a more authentic version of ourselves.
